1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vicoze ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
2. Description of Service
Vicoze provides subscription-based solution for appointment scheduling, business profiles, calendar management, customer messaging, reviews, staff scheduling, and related business-management tools. Businesses subscribe to Vicoze to access these platform features. Vicoze does not provide the underlying services offered by businesses listed on the Platform and is not the seller of those services. Payments for appointments or services are made directly between the customer and the applicable business outside Vicoze.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Vicoze provides solution that businesses use to offer appointment availability and manage reservations. Booking, cancellation, refund, and service policies for an appointment are set by the applicable business. Vicoze does not collect or route payment for the underlying appointment or service; customers settle those charges directly with the business.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: impersonating others, submitting false information, interfering with the Platform's operation, or violating any applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vicoze provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for the independent services provided by businesses that use Vicoze, or for damages arising from your use of the Platform except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. For users in the United States, additional consumer protections may apply.
